Local Customers Select the arrange pick up option. I can deliver the products to your home, you can pick up the products at my home, or we can meet somewhere in between.
Shipping within the US (including APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii)
- FREE on all orders
- Most packages ship via Priority Mail.
- All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number.
- Heavier packages (over 3 - 5 lbs) may ship via UPS Ground.
- Lighter packages (under 13 oz.) ship via First Class Mail.
Returns
At Giggle Britches, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.
When returning items:
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unwashed and unused and in the original packaging. 3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise. 4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise. 5. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 6. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be taken out of your credit. If you are exchanging and received free shipping you will receive an invoice for the cost of shipping the new items to you. 7. We must be notified via email kristin@giggle-britches.com prior to all returns or they will automatically have a 15% restocking fee taken out of your refund. |
